Practice Setting

• Employed Nocturnist physician opportunity with the region’s top healthcare organization
• Community hospital in a suburban area near Syracuse
• Supportive administration and team-based care model

Schedule

• 7-on/7-off block schedule
• All night shifts – true nocturnist role
• No call responsibilities and no required procedures

Compensation & Benefits

• $400,000 annual base salary with a $15,000 signing bonus
• $15,000 in Relocation assistance and up to $30,000 in student loan repayment
• Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; paid malpractice with tail coverage
• Competitive PTO package- 120 Hours of annual PTO and 60 Hours of annual CME time with CME allowance

Requirements

• H1B visa sponsorship available (not J1 eligible)
• Candidates must be Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Post-residency Hospitalist experience required- not open to 2027 graduates at this time
