ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Michael Johnson - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer and direct incoming calls from 8:30 AM–2:30 PM.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient client service.
• Assist clients with basic questions and service requests.
• Route complex service and sales needs to the appropriate team member.
• Support Account Managers with administrative and client service tasks.
• Assist with client follow-ups, documentation, and account updates.
• Maintain accurate notes and client records.
• Help ensure calls and client requests are handled promptly.
• Provide general administrative support to the agency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of customer service, receptionist, administrative, or related experience.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

SCHEDULE:

• Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 2:30pm
