Title: Bankruptcy Attorney (Chapter 7 & Chapter 13)

We have built a reputable, client-centered practice, and as our consumer bankruptcy caseload expands, we’re looking for an exceptional Bankruptcy Attorney specializing in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 to join our team.

• Lead client representation from initial consultation through discharge across Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 proceedings.
• Formulate legal strategies, draft and review petitions, schedules, Chapter 13 plans, and objections.
• Attend 341 Meeting of Creditors, confirmation hearings, relief from stay hearings, and adversary proceedings.
• Provide empathetic, clear, and reassuring counsel to clients navigating financial hardship.
• Partner with firm leadership on continuous process optimization and firm development.

• Bar Admission: Active and in good standing with the Arizona State Bar and admitted to the U.S. Bankruptcy District Court of Arizona.
• Experience: [2–5+ / 5+] years of dedicated consumer bankruptcy experience with deep familiarity handling both Chapter 7 liquidations and Chapter 13 reorganizations.
• Mastery of the Process: Comprehensive understanding of the Bankruptcy Code, local rules, means testing, and Chapter 13 plan formulation.
• Client-First Demeanor: Superb bedside manner—high emotional intelligence, empathy, and active listening skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with modern bankruptcy platforms (e.g., Best Case and Best Case Cloud).

• Base Salary: $80,000/year--Highly competitive, commensurate with experience]
