The firm is seeking a revenue producing partner to shape and lead the next chapter of its restructuring platform, leading creditor side and distressed real estate engagements through established market relationships. The incoming partner will have genuine authority to build, hire, integrate, and expand within a cohesive, high performing team.
The firm’s entrenched commercial real estate client base of owners, developers, lenders, and institutional investors, provides immediate leverage to scale a restructuring practice for the next cycle, without the internal friction common in larger institutions.
A portable book is preferred, along with an active industry network and the presence to deepen and expand relationships. Compensation includes a competitive salary of $375K to $450K, plus bonus, meaningful participation in originations, and an outstanding health benefits package, all structured to align economics with production and leadership.
